My mother has no assets,nor receives S.S, She is a retired Illinois teacher and receives pension monthly. She has Dementia from Brain radiation and needs for time care in for Dementia. Do I file for a Bankruptcy to free up her monthly pension of 3800.00 to be able to pay for care?
