live in health care

i live in the same house with a friend who has MS. he has aids that come in 3 times a day but they really are not here that long during the day, 3 hours tops. i clean for him, clean him up if he has accidents in his pullups, transfer him most of the time, cook for him, run errons for him, i provide most of his in home care.how can i get paid for this? P.S I live in greenville ohio, if it helps to know where i'm located.
