incontinent of bowel

My mother has mixed dementia and depression. In the last 2 days she refused to get up from the bed because she has no strength she says. Her Psychiatrist changed her antidepressant tablet today.

Today mother was incontinent of bowel, (luckily she was wearing diapers by chance). She is urine incontinent but for bowel she used to go to the toilet till today episode. After the accident she refused to get up from the bed to have a wash because she has no strength she says. Also she refuses all the time to wear diapers when she has to go to bed.

If the morning episode will repeat and she doesn’t want to cooperate what to do?
