I Need Help with My Mother In-Law's Care

we need help with my mother inlaw , our son and partner live with her but she is driveing them crazy ,, we have tryed to put things in place like a hygen nurse to wash her and medison nurse for her in morning , our son and partner give her her meals at night , and we go there every week for 2 to 3 days so he can have a rest , she is getting really bad now like leaveing her pooey nappy laying around and she just gets the cat food that they give the cat in evening and just throws it up in the air and it goes every were , we say what you do that for and she says the dogs are hungry and they all ready been feed, we have put lock on oven and hot plats so as she dont burn house down ,has the house up around 30 will not let you open doors. will not let dogs out and they poo and pee every were , dog bites nurses .so we lock them up she goes out and lets them out saying it is cold and they will die, and we try to tell her that if they not locked up we will have to put them down as they bite evey one , she gets angry and says well they should not come in my house .poo under her thinger nails. touching food so gross , we locked up all food that she could cook as she trys to put food on to cook for dinner ,,, but and i say but ,,,, all the food is in one pot ,,, like carrots , potatoes , colliflower , and bananas , apples , pears , all in one pot ,, we need help what do we do tryed every thing , trying to keep her in her own home but it is getting bad,,, ,,
