Do I have to use the hospice program respite care unit?

I recently utilized the respite care that my fathers hospice service provides. He was there 5 days. He returned home with a very bad bed sore on his heal. It took 2 days for him to regain his urine levels and 1 week for a bowl movement, which all point to he was not taken care of. Do I have to use this respite care unit again or can I find a respite unit on my on being my father is on hospice? We have to have a respite care again at the beginning of may. We have one scheduled for the same unit but I do not want my father back there. What do I need to do?
