This facility is an older building that has transformed into a very nice place. I visited about three weeks ago and found the staff to be caring and attentive to the residents. It is affordable for those who are on a fixed income. I had no reservations of placing my dad in this facility. Unfortunately, he passed away in the hospital before we could move him. The lady whom I believe said she was the Director of Case Management could not have been any more compassionate with me and my family. One thing she said to me is there are many choices when it comes to finding an Assisted Living facility but what we need to consider is not the most beautiful building but the care and love that is given to the residents. She said my dad would not be just a number, but an individual that would be treated with dignity and respect. I spoke to one of the partners/owners, his name was Adam. Adam made us feel welcome and gave us a tour. During the tour he made a point of stopping and speaking to the various residents and asking them how their day was going. He knew them by first name basis. We toured many other places that were newer but not once did we witness the compassion shown to us on the phone or in person. Thank you! We will recommend Green Leaf to anyone looking for Assisted Living.

Older building , very clean the residents and the staff are all very nice and welcoming . The rooms are nicely sized . the dinning room is very open for the residents to be able to move around and interact with each other . I would definitely recommend to others .

You walk up to this very old building and there are residents EVERYWHERE smoking. Inside needs a lot of work done and probably isn't up to building codes. The smell of cigarrette smoke, urine, and mold were so strong. We turned around and walked out. There was no need to go through the tour. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to this facility.

Green Leaf was dirty, and I thought it was awful. It was like a lot of Medicaid people all sitting in the hallways. There was some stairs that went straight up the front, which if I were an athlete I couldn’t possibly have climbed up. The exterior was falling apart and needed paint, and when you walked up this railing, it fell out of the wall. They had about 60 or 70 people who were residents there, and I saw about 6 or 7 people sitting in the hallway but nobody else. It needed paint on the outside, it wasn’t taken care of, and it was not a pleasant experience. The people inside were quite pleasant. I just think that it was not a nice place to go to live in your old age.

Green Leaf and its rooms were nice. They had the dining room, outside patio, gazebo, and garden. I liked the community. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good. Everything looked very nice.

I liked that Greenleaf of Kissimmee had activities, which is what I was looking for, and they’re even going to put in a gym. They have about 60 residents, which worries me a little, but they put in cameras. They have people of different ages and good things for the disabled and elderly, like an elevator, but things can happen in an elevator. I found the room that they showed me to be small. The bathroom is a walk-in, but I found it small because my cousin is a large man. They want $2,500 for two people in that room, but it was too small. I think that if they’re going to have two people in that room, it has to be bigger. I didn’t like that they were giving the residents pizza; it wasn’t that nutritious to me. It’s clean and didn’t smell at all, but I think for seniors there are just too many people.
