Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was beautiful. It was somewhat different. There was more carpeting. They met with me in a separate room to discuss everything and give me the layout. It was mealtime, so the residents were all in the reception area waiting to go in for their meals. I saw the menu and it looked delicious. I didn't see the food per se, but it smelled wonderful, and these people were eager to go in to eat their meals and were all waiting patiently to go in. The staff was helpful, appeared to love her job, and was very interested in answering any questions that I might have. She's very cheerful. It's a very happy place. In terms of activities, there is a book club, a library, an exercise room, and a little general store. They go off to restaurants. They had a calendar posted, so they go on a little bus to restaurants. They have movies, too.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was very nice. The people were friendly. There seemed to be up-to-date accommodations. The restaurant was very nice and everybody that we spoke to, mostly residents, all seemed very happy with the place there. It had nice manicured lawns and a view of the canal. It was very nicely decorated internally with lots of different things and it was just very homey. They had everything you would need. The staff during the tour was good.

I toured Stratford Court of Palm Harbor for my mother. That place was very, very nice. It was beautiful. The only negative thing that I saw was the location of their beauty parlor, their salon, and some of the extra stuff that the assisted living people would use. They would have to go outside from one building and then go into the other. They couldn't do that on their own; they would have had to have help because it was locked. You couldn't go from one building to the other, so I can see how that would be a problem. Where my mom is now, it's all one floor and it's a totally contained place; everything they do was right there. The director there -- I think her name was Julie -- was amazing. They all followed up with me, which was very nice.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor is very nice. It has assisted living and memory care, and they have all of the levels of care. The setting is beautiful. It's on the canal. The grounds are beautiful. It's a very peaceful lovely place.

I toured Stratford Court of Palm Harbor. It was very nice, the staff was very nice, and friendly. We decided if we were gonna go that route that would be the place we would have chosen. They have a pool, a library, and a common entertainment area.

I like Stratford Court of Palm Harbor very much. During the tour the staff member was very nice and explained everything. The place was very appealing and their accommodations were beautiful. It was around Christmas when I saw the place and it was very nice with all the decorations. The place itself was clean, and I liked the kitchen since I like to bake and cook; it was very appealing to me. In terms of amenities, they have everything, but they won't let you into the pool unless a friend or family member is watching you. They have trips to the theater and other places for their residents. I've tried their food, which was very nice. They also showed me an apartment; it was very beautiful. Out of the five places I have visited, this is the nicest.

I like the apartment at Stratford Court of Palm Harbor. The food is much better than where my mother was. She had hiccups when she moved in, but we're hoping to work on that. Everything in her apartment is beautiful, there are cabinets and everything. However, they didn't do anything about the bathtub, faucet and showers; they're kind of healthy. The staff hasn't been as attentive since she moved in as they were beforehand. The staff is OK overall. The grounds and her apartment, except for the shower, are beautiful. They have activities like laundry and field trips.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was clean. The residents interacted with each other and seemed happy and friendly. The food was good. It would be an excellent place for my mother. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The apartments were pretty small though, but I really liked the facility. It was appealing to me. They have everything taken care of.

I really love Stratford Court of Palm Harbor. I wish I could afford it. The staff during the tour was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and pointed out all the good points and some of the features that were not as good for someone my age, such as parking. The dining area looked appealing. There was a craft room, a library, a gym, computers, and movies. It was a very nice facility. The fee is on a monthly basis and when your money is gone, you're gone.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor seemed very nice. We were very impressed with it. It looked like a nice place. The person who took us on the tour was phenomenal, beautiful, wonderful, and sweet. She couldn't have been better. We didn't try any of the food but it looked very nice. There were a lot of activities and there was some entertainment going on at different times. It looked like there were things to do.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was a big place. The lady who spoke with us was very helpful. I liked the place, but it was not the right fit for my mom-in-law. The care was good, and we saw an apartment, but the price was a little high. They showed us the beautiful dining room and the activity area. It was just a very short and quick tour. The food looked very good, and we saw the way the food was served.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor is impressive. It has everything I need and everything I ask for. They have all the amenities I need. They provide me with meals, wash my clothes every week, and they do housekeeping. The food is very good, and the place itself is really nice. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. I have my own apartment which is well laid out. I have a living room, a dining area, a bedroom, a very large handicap bathroom, a small kitchen, and a nice patio with a good view of the canal that runs here. There are lots of activities every day, too.

We went to Stratford Court, the rooms were very nice but small, and storage was lacking a little bit, especially for 2 people. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The price was a little high for 2 people, and you pay extra if you have a pet.

This was my first visit to an Independent Living facility and I was very impressed. Julie gave me a great tour, answered lots of questions followed by lunch. I do wish the rooms were larger. After visiting several others in the area, this remains my first choice.

My husband and I toured this facility to look at independent living options. The exterior and general interior areas are very nice looking. We looked at three 2-bedroom units. They are presently full and there is a waiting list. One reason for the popularity of Stratford Court is probably because there is no large buy-in fee.required before moving in. I think there are only about 250 units--It is fairly small, and when assisted living is required, only 40 spaces seem to be available. The rooms for independent living seemed smaller than usual--none as large as 1100 square feet. The units seem nice when you look at the floor plans, but too much valuable space is wasted in hallways. The units also have a porch which is screened, but not glassed in. When a unit is prepared for a new resident, no color choices are given--disappointing. Everything is light beige. The kitchens are okay, but nothing special, no really updated appliances. There are no walk-in closets and storage is very limited. Each unit is, however, equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a nice heated pool, craft room, etc. The library is disappointingly small with hardly any good nonfiction books. There is no wood shop. The menu and food offerings seem to be excellent, although we did not eat there at this time. There is an exercise room. This facility is off Tampa Road and very near McMullen-Booth Road. Since we like to walk, we were disappointed that there were no good, shady places to walk without going first by car to a nearby park. The park is not directly accessible to Stratford Court.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was an excellent place. The staff was very professional and very nice. We were really impressed with it, and we had made our decision as soon as went there. The grounds were beautiful, and the location was perfect. There were a lot of activities, and the residents were very busy. The rooms were very spacious and nice, but they were not furnished. We went there for lunch, and the food was delicious. The dining area was very roomy and nice.

I visited Stratford Court of Palm Harbor. Their food was excellent. It was like something found in a nice restaurant. The day we visited, we had lunch with the administrator and had a tour of the facility. We saw a variety of things, and we were impressed with the facility itself. In my opinion, it was a newer building. It had only been there for about 20 or 25 years, and they kept it up really well. It was very pleasant and a nice facility. They had a swimming pool. They had many activities. They had a choice of two meals a day.

They had a lot of different things to do. They had a wide variety of activities for the residents. The location was very convenient. It looked like they had all the bases covered.

I found that the people of Stratford Court -- even with their age -- are really a much younger, much more involved in everything type of crowd. I like the food very much; it is fantastic. Everyone from the staff that I met was excellent. They were very friendly, very supportive, and made me feel good.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor is very nice and clean, and it's in a very nice area on a good campus. It's upscale, and I liked everything about it. What I didn't like is that they have a 4.5% increase every year. I don't like that because you don't know how long your money is going to last.

Stratford Court has three levels of care -- independent, assisted living, and skilled nursing -- so you can get everything you need. It has screened patios, a courtyard, an outdoor heated pool, a putting green, a cocktail lounge, and a wellness clinic. It is fairly reasonably priced. The food is excellent, and of restaurant style.

I visited Stratford Court of Palm Harbor. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice. It was a much larger facility than others I had seen and had a lot of people around. They had a lot of residents who were nice and seemed to like it there. Everybody seemed happy and occupied. It seemed like a nice place.

My father is in the rehab part of Stratford Court, and he is on the waitlist for their assisted living. When you walk in, it gives you a sense of energy and kind of a resort-style type of living versus something that is institutionalized. He has only been there for a week. The staff seems knowledgeable. The place is clean and in a great location. My father seems to be getting excellent care, which is important. I like it as far as the whole atmosphere, the care, the security they have in place, and the cleanliness. I think what sets it apart from the rest of them is just the way it's set up. I have not seen a bunch of people slumped in wheelchairs and not doing anything. The community has plenty of activities. It’s a campus where everything is self-contained but if they do want to leave, there’s transportation that does outing and so forth.

I would love to move into Stratford Court of Palm Harbor because it was lovely, clean, and well decorated. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The rooms were wonderful. All of the amenities were top of the line, and the location was superb. If I had the money, I would move in there tomorrow. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it had a beautiful pool. However, the fees were a little high.

Stratford Court is very nice, very clean, and beautiful. My parents will have two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, dining room, and a screened-in patio. The staff was very friendly and compassionate. They have shopping, trips to casino, malls, and stores. They have games, crafts, and cooking lessons.

Stratford Court was very nice. They were very accommodating, we met several staff, and it turned out really well. They were having a party last night when we went. I know they have games, TV, different outings, and stuff. We've put down a deposit, so we are just kind of trying to get our ducks in a row. The staff was very nice; we liked them a lot.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law lived at Stratford Court for about 10 years . There mobility problems in their 80s made it more and more difficult for them to live at home. They had become isolated and my mother-in-law would often be in her robe all day long and my father-in-law would wear the same stAined shirt all week. We help them find Stratford Court and move them in. The difference for them was like night and day. Here they have a social environment where everybody dressed Nicely for dinner and there were many social gatherings and activities throughout the week. Suddenly my mother-in-law felt the need to wear her best clothes and my father-in-law to wear startched shirts with cufflinks for dinner. They took a new interest in life and in their own appearance. The food, the activities and the social life of Stratford Court were just what they needed. It made the last 10 years of their lives rich and satisfying. I would be happy to recommend Stratford Court for anyone's parents.

My first impression with Stratford Court was excellent. Actually, I thought everything was perfect. The survey would be very easy to fill out as being excellent all the way through because we were very impressed. The apartments were very nice, spacious enough, and personalized. Each separate apartment had a personal shadow in a box of the resident, which was very nice. The dining area is beautiful. They had a menu of activities listed for the day. It was luxurious, much like a resort.

My father is in Stratford Court. They have independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. They have one and two-bedroom apartments. The facility itself has everything. It's absolutely marvelous. They've got a huge dining room and all kinds of activities like exercises, a gym, poker, cards, happy hour once a week, and dancing. They take them on trips on the bus to doctor's appointments, shopping, and shows. They have awesome food. I am very happy to find this place. It's an excellent facility, clean, beautiful on the inside, very well maintained, and taken care of. The grounds are beautiful. Everybody I've met there is very happy to be there.

Stratford Court is more hotel-like so we just decided the other facility suited him more. The people didn't greet us the same way when we went to the other facility right at the door. It was just a totally different feeling. I didn't particularly care for it. It was just not what we were looking for my father. I would call it hotel-like. I would say the reason I didn't put him in there is because I felt like he thought he would be in a hotel. I'd say the only positive thing about is was that it had a separate bedroom and it wasn't a studio.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor seemed very nice, but it was kind of an open-ended cost, and we weren't sure what his needs were or what it would actually cost him. The rooms were clean and nice, and the dining room was nice. The location was good. They had a full calendar of activities as well. I would probably give it a four-stars because of the cost, but as far as everything else, I would give it a five. It was clean and nice, and the people were friendly.

Stratford Court is five minutes from my daughter's house. I'm on the waiting list. I like everything about it. It is fantastic. It is like living in a big hotel with all the services you can want. They have everything in terms of activities. They have cards, and they have bus trips to the orchestra and to the casino. The main thing is that, the particular apartment that I want, I was able to see a furnished one there. It was just so great. It had a screened-in balcony. Also you would get two meals a day, and that's included. Everything is included in the rent, except your phone and your Internet. Stratford Court is beautiful inside and out. My daughter and I went for dinner. The menu was fantastic. They had three choices of main meal every night, but if you don't want any of the three meals featured, you can order from their "anytime menu." Also, Stratford Court offers a full buffet breakfast every day. They have a beauty shop in there, they have a laundromat if you don't have a washer/dryer in your apartment, and they also have a full library and a big conference room. They have a beautiful outdoor pool and a hot tub. The view was beautiful from both sides of the building. It felt very comfortable. The people were very nice.

My mom has been living in Stratford Court for several years, and my dad was there, too. He was in one part of Stratford Court where he was living off a feeding tube and couldn't walk or talk, so we moved them both in there. He passed away two years ago, and now she's still there. They have a library, an audio room, and computers. They have Wii bowling, and they have a little bowling alley for Wii bowling, and they have just about everything you could need. They have game night. They have a little bar where they have happy hour and play games. She's very pleased. I think they're pretty good. Mom is starting to complain about the food, but I thought it was good. The staff is just fine. They have a bus, but we have a lady who takes her instead because my mom doesn't really use all those kinds of benefits that they have there.

Stratford Court was tremendously nice and well kept. It was a very lovely place with good food. It had a lot of good size rooms and had a lot of places for activities. But we felt that it was too big and it was kind of overwhelming for us. It just wasn't what we were looking for.

Two friends lived at this facility. I was very sad to see Stratford Court bleed my friends dry by constantly raising costs of meals, rent, laundry, and events. When one of my friends became sick and went to their nursing part, he was charged for his apartment, and the nursing home and a room being saved for him at the ALF. She was charged for three residences in the same month. We had a very difficult time getting her released from her agreements so that she could come home with us. They nearly held her hostage just to keep a paying resident,

I am quite happy here in Stratford Court. It's just a nice place to live. I chose this place because it's very close to where my daughter lives. The staff is delightful, kind, pleasant and I've never met anybody who worked here who is in any way objectionable. They're great. The guests here are very nice. It's independent and leaning towards assisted. I think about three-quarters of the people here have walkers. It's a compatible place. There are two areas for improvement though, one area is food. It's institutional food but they've made some improvements. The second thing would be transportation. As far as I'm concerned it's less than adequate.

Stratford Court is close to where our daughter lives and it has everything we were looking for. We had lunch there while we were touring the place and it was absolutely fantastic! Huge portions and unfortunately much too much, but the food was very, very good. Everybody was very pleasant. Julie, who took us on a tour, was fantastic. It has all the amenities that we were looking for. Price was competitive along with all the other facilities that we looked at. It was only two miles from where our daughter lives so we thought that would be very convenient. We are on a waiting list. The apartment that we chose is an 890 square foot medium apartment with two baths. They have a lot of nice facilities. They have a swimming pool, a nice gym and they have all sorts of activities like games, meetings, pool room and wifi. It has everything that we were looking for. It has a nice view overlooking a canal. It's a six story building, it's very neat and very clean.

Stratford Court of Palm Harbor 45 Katherine Blvd. Palm Harbor, Fl 34684 As I was pulling in to park I noticed the facility resembled a large resort hotel. The landscaping was beautiful and well cared for and there was ample parking for visitors and staff. The first thing I noticed when I entered Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was how spacious and beautifully decorated the interior was. There was ample seating areas for visitors and residents to be able to visit in privacy. The dinning area was very roomy and the facility offers three complete meals per day. I was able to view the swimming pool, the large patio, and the fitness room. There is also a large library. The residents rooms are very spacious with balcony and some even offer a canal view. Each room has their own private bath and kitchen and Stratford Court of Palm Harbor offers a variety of floor plans. As I walked over to the activities room I noticed there were many activities listed for the residents to enjoy. The facility also offers shopping trips, movie trips and excursions about town.
