We had a good tour at Osprey Manor. We met some of the residents there and they seemed very engaged and happy. The rooms were clean. The lobby area was clean. They had an elevator, and they had a lot of amenities to offer. We really liked the way that the meals were handled, how it felt almost like a restaurant rather than like cafeteria-style. Most of the residents choose to just order their dinner and pick it up and take it back to their rooms rather than dining in in the evenings. The staff was very helpful while we were there. However, they didn't get back to us and kind of left us hanging. I felt like they were really pushing us towards the studio apartment because that's what they had open. They did their job, they just didn't go above and beyond.

Laundry Room Washer and Dryers have been broken off and on since Dec of 20220 and need to be replaced. Very difficult if disabled to get things cleaned if at all. Very Unsanitary

Osprey Manor was a very nice place. It was very informal, which I liked a lot. I met a lot of the residents and all of them seemed nice and friendly. They talked to me like I was already part of the family. They took me on a tour through the main building where some of the apartments were. It looked like they had just done some renovations, like new washers and dryers. They were set up like a laundromat but they didn't cost anything. They had 3 meals a day. I saw the dining room, I met the chef, and it seemed the food was really good. It was home cooking in a restaurant type thing. There were beautiful desserts like cakes and things, and they do those kinds of things every day. They had quite a large community room with a pool table and some really big chairs. They do movie nights. They also had a computer area where you're free to use the computers. There was a nice library. Some people came in to entertain and to give talks. There was a nice visiting room with tables and chairs and you could have birthday parties there. The apartments that I saw were very nice. They already had an apartment ready for me and it had a full kitchen, a living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen area, and a dining area. The staff was lovely. The lady who gave me the tour was very nice and she took me all around the whole place. It was an older place and it was kept up well, but it needed some more particularly on the outside.

I visited Osprey Manor. The people that I met seemed nice. They did a good job explaining the place, and they were friendly. The room layout was just way too small. They were not big enough to fit the size of the furniture that we wanted to put inside the room. The layout was just not quite what I was looking for my mom. The dining area looked nice, but you would have to walk to the dining area. The surrounding area was pretty close to a neighborhood. I'd rather not have it the way it was laid out because it was real close to houses, and I didn't feel like it had adequate security.

My first consideration for planning to move to Osprey Manor was the expense. They were the most inexpensive that I could find, yet the building, community, and the food are all very good. The staff also seemed very good. Everybody was very accommodating. It just seemed like a nice place, and the location was centrally located in Lakeland. It's easy enough to get around when you go to the lake, shopping, and whatnot. They're a little shy on amenities, but they have guest-led activities. They play pinochle and bingo. There are special events during the holidays where they'd have special meals and invite the families. The outdoor area is very nice, the building is well kept. It's 2-3 blocks away from Lake Parker. There are fishing piers out there. They have outdoor tables with umbrellas over them for seating, so it's secure to be outside on a 100-degree weather. There's adequate parking. I had two meals there. The place is very clean, fresh, well-kept, and painted.

I currently stay here in Osprey Manor. I have not been here that long, but we have our meals at 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and at 3:30 p.m. We have our bed linen, and towels done for us. The staff is very good. Everybody's very friendly and very nice. When you first move in or come in, you are quarantined for a week. The food is quite good. Because of Covid, we haven't been doing very much. I haven't been here very long. Right now, we just go to public on Sunday or one day we go to Wal-Mart. We also go to doctor's appointments.

Osprey Manor didn't show me a room, so I didn't see what it looked like, but the dining area looked like a restaurant; it was very nice. The staff who assisted me was a very nice man. They allow pets under twenty-five pounds, but there is no pool or exercise room. They have a list of things that they offer, and they have a beauty shop. The facilities are very nice.

I visited Osprey Manor Independent Senior Living. I don't think it's the best fit for my mother, but it's definitely a nice facility. They didn't have any rooms available, but it was very clean, the colors on the walls were very bright, and the outside of the building was bright pink, so you cannot miss it. It was older looking, but well kept. They had a community room and the units had kitchens in them, but they cook for them, so the residents don't have to use the kitchen themselves. One thing I thought was cool was that they actually have apartments that people who did not need assisted living and were completely independent could rent, and they were very affordable. It's about four blocks from a very nice lake. They had a kitchen where they cook meals, the residents do parties, they have pajama parties, they do movie nights, and things like that. The staff was awesome, knowledgeable, very personable, very friendly, very patient, and answered questions.

I went to Osprey Manor Independent Senior Living. It was different, because there's no assisted living. The facility was impressive. All we did was the floor plans, they did not have one room that could be seen, they were all taken. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere and the facility itself was very nice, and it's modern. They need to put up an exercise room. They gave me a bowl of soup which was very good.

Osprey Manor is all independent living unless you have private care nurses come in. The staff is great. The place is an older building and needs a little bit of upkeep, but other than that, I don't have any problems. The staff is caring and concerned. The communication is decent. We're satisfied. My mother is in a small studio apartment, and it's clean.

I like the privacy at Bella Vista Manor and Villas. I like the attention that they give to the residents as well as the activities that they have in there. The meals were just fantastic. I had made up my mind that if I am eligible, then I will move in to that facility. I have no complaints with this facility.
