We scouted the area for the perfect board and care for my sister-in-law. Highlands Manor was chosen and we could not have been more happy. The staff and, especially Russell, the owner were most kind to my sister-in-law and to us. He treated her like his grandmother and even personally accompanied her to the ER. Thank you for your loving attention, Russell.

I visited Highlands Manor while delivering hospital bed for one of the residents I work for April and have been serving San Fernando Valley for 8 years. I have never seen a board and care facility as beautiful as this. It's very spacious, clean, and bright. Absolutely one of the best places I have seen.

Our assisted living facility provides healthy, freshly prepared meals while accommodating special diets for each individual resident, in addition to centrally located snacks and beverages that is always available to our residents at any time.
Unlike the a la carte billing of most large facilities, a monthly rate covers most services that are customized to the needs of the individual resident. Any additional charges must be authorized.
