Are there programs that will help with medical costs?
Is there a program I can get into, I have NO insurance, and need an exam. Both my parents died of lung cancer and it seems like I'm starting to sound like them in my breathing. I have no money.

If you have very low savings or other assets other than the house you live in, and you have low monthly income, you might qualify for the Medicaid program in your state. If you qualify for Medicaid, the program can pay almost the full amount of all your medical bills. This would include screening for lung disease.
