Can we get a nurse if hospice is not an option?

My mom has been in the hospital for a week. Stage IV ovarian cancer. She now has an inoperable intestine block. She cannot eat or drink and has tube to prevent nausea. She may be getting a pick line to assist w/calories. She has not eaten for 2 weeks. She will not qualify for Hospice w/tube. What are her options? She has Medicare B. Can she get a nurse at home until she needs to go into a nursing home?
