How do I get my mom to get out of her room at her senior living community?

Mom was resistant to go and still thinks she isn't there permanently. But she just stays in her nightgown and has meals delivered to her room. Doesn't do activities, resistant to showers. I am at a loss. My boyfriend and I are the only ones that can get her out and about. Thinking of bringing in geriatric psychologist. Any advise?
