Does anyone know if there are SNFs (skilled nursing facilities) that specialize in COPD care? If so what they are called?

She has worked with seniors for nearly 20 years as a licensed professional counselor, certified gerontological counselor, and certified geriatric care manager.
I not aware of any nursing facilities that specialize in COPD. You might ask if the facility has trained respiratory therapists on the staff. Another suggestion is to call companies that supply oxygen and ask if they know of facilities in the area that specialize in COPD, or that have a high percentage of residents using oxygen.
