Dad in deniel

dad 89, lives alone, subborn. Has Dementia caused by alzheimers. He refuses to seek help, listen, etc. He wont go to doctor, would not let one visit either(not that any one would do a house call). Sleeps on sofa, cant get upstairs, potties wherever sometimes, doesnt cook, drinks like a fish. He will NOT listen, and wants no help and will not go anywhere. He called not long ago, thinking I was his sister. He wont bathe, etc. what am I suppose to do? (and no I can not afford a lawyer and social services has been NO help). I have called everyone.
