We took a tour around Oasis at 30th. They showed us everything, from the medical to the beauty shop to the workout room. Pricing was good. We started to fill out paperwork but my loved one is on disability and they were going to try and work out something, but it didn't work out. They were very accommodating though. They were trying to help us out as far as getting the pricing and everything. The lobby was nice and open. They have elevators, which kind of made me eh. It's right off the lobby and in my loved one's circumstances, she fell trying to get in an elevator and that's how she damaged her eyes. So I kind of try to stay away from that. I was impressed with the grounds. I drove up and the landscaping was nice and clean. I walked in and everybody turned around and looked at who was coming in and everybody said hi. I was impressed with that. We just did not get to look at an apartment.

I will be moving into Oasis at 30th. I liked the idea that you don't have to pay bills. They do your laundry and they do the cooking. They do it restaurant style. They serve you at the table like you got a waiter and stuff like that. They have all kinds of activities. Everybody was friendly. They have therapy. You go on trips and out shopping. They take you to all your doctor's appointments.

Terrible staffing. Kitchen staff is rude and intimidating when you ask for anything. Never any supplies now you have to bring your own cups and don't ask for salt pepper or what to drink. Staff member starts pounding her fist on the counter warning everyone you will make her mad . I've never seen such poor organization and misabuse I'm serious ly looking to pull my family member out of this facility. There's been attacks on residents by other residents. Threats made to my uncle. Poor medical assistance. The attitude is tenants are supposed to make staffs jobs nice and cushy. Instead of making it comfortable and pleasant for residents. Bed bugs roaches. Ants. Lousy internet and WiFi that they boast about in their advertising. Please research this place thoroughly. Before sending lived ones here

My mother moved into Oasis Feb, 2019. She was 90 years old at the time. There are strict standards that are required by the facility’s director, Mark McKinnor.

My aunt had moved in to Oasis at the end of the month. It's very clean and new. The apartments are handicap-accessible and well-appointed. The restrooms and bedrooms are spacious. The dining room is beautiful, and the food appears to be good. The staff is exceptional, caring, warm, accepting, and very helpful in meeting all the goals that need to be met to get someone into the facility. They're very knowledgeable. Everything is excellent.

I really didn't like Oasis at 30th. I didn't like being on the second floor, but the rooms were nice. I saw the restaurant, and it was very nice. The only residents I saw were mostly handicapped. The staff was really nice, though. The place needed a whole lot of landscaping. It's a new facility, so I think they'll get there in time.

I was very much impressed with Oasis at 30th. The suites were beautiful. The whole building was just beautiful wth lots of windows and lots of light and tasteful and very nice decor, but it's not exotic nor expensive. The people were very friendly. They were definitely helping me as much as they could with paperwork to get me to move in, and that's a huge thing in Indiana because Indiana really doesn't do very much for elderly people or poor people for that matter. It's run by a non-profit organization.

I loved Oasis at 30th. The lady who showed us the place took us to the the dining room and to the room that we are going to live in, and I liked it. They had big rooms with a kitchen. I liked everything about it. They have a lounge, salon, and a library. The staff was very nice.

My mom moved in to Oasis assisted living. It is a nice and close-knit community that does a lot of activities. The apartments are very spacious. The food is very good, and the dining room is always nice, clean, and neat. They have three hot meals a day and optional meals if you don't want that. One of the main things that they have that's great is that all of their apartments are the same sized, nice one-bedrooms with a nice -sized kitchen with a refrigerator and a nice-sized closet. All the records are kept electronically, which is great.

Oasis at 30th was a brand-new, clean facility with the biggest rooms of all the places I've visited and a huge dining facility. The people seemed to be very nice and very helpful. In fact, they performed an evaluation on Mom to make sure that they would be able to care for her. This is probably the one that I would choose. The only thing I did not like about it was that she was not going to be able to bring her pet.

I visited Oasis at 30th, and I can say that it was a good community. The rooms and apartments were very nice. The staff who toured me around was informative and good. I hadn't really observed any activity when I visited, but I know I would love to live there. I would highly rate my visit to that community.
