These folks are great. It is really tough for most of us to take care of our parents and grandparents. Let’s face it, we are just not trained to do it. Visiting Angels came in to our family when we were at wits end and knew that something had to change. We did not want our father in a nursing home so when we reached out to Visiting Angels, they were the miracle we were looking for. Their employees are well trained and know how to manage elderly people that can be difficult to control. They seemlessly blended into our family and gave us the help and security we needed for our dad. They also managed the billing and insurance interaction with clarity and accuracy. The day our dad passed away, the Visiting Angel on duty stayed with us until the funeral home came to get our dad. Such caring people. We are so thankful for their help.

I am a current client of this provider
I can reach them easily and the office staff and owners seem to truly care about their clients. It depends on which caregiver that my loved one has, but one caregiver cleans really thoroughly, cooks meals, and takes my loved one to appointments.

I am a current client of this provider
One lady in particular that my mother-in-law loves will bring her something every time she comes. She'll bring flowers or a treat and my mother-in-law feels like she's won the lottery. She goes beyond the call of duty and she doesn't have to be told to do something. She lives about 45 minutes from where my husband and I live and she's dependent on the caregiver. For Visiting Angels to come and be a companion and do household things takes a load off of me.

I am a current client of this provider
When my dad came I had to get someone relatively fast and they were able to come over, interview us and set someone up right away. They'er always on time for their shift and if someone can't make it they always call me and tell me who is coming to replace them. They always give us someone who my loved one knows.

They come when I ask them on their own time and they do everything that I need them to do. My services changed. I used to have the provider everyday and she took me to doctor's appointments. She helps me keep up with daily needs and now that I have them once a week, they help me hang my clothes and bathe.

I would tell a friend that Visiting Angels are dependable by showing up when they supposed to. Visiting Angels made my life easier by helping me with a lot of things, whatever I ask them to do they don't mind doing them because I can't walk.

I would tell a friend that Visiting Angels will send a caregiver that can meet your needs. Visiting Angels will not send someone just to occupy space. I only have the services one day a week but the caregivers from Visiting Angels have been really good to me in that short time.
