I like that they are able to be here. Otherwise, I would do everything myself. They're very responsive. If somebody can't come, they're good about getting somebody else to come. Most of their girls are pretty competent.

For him, it is great. For me, it is difficult. I have OCD, so is difficult when the caregiver does things differently than I do. They work with the time limits I have, and sometimes I have to call and cancel due to circumstances.

They help me care for him. When they do show up and take over for me, it is great. They bathe him and take care of him while I'm cooking and such. They clean and watch him and help me care for him. The fact that they have Home Care Pulse call and check up on us proves to us that they care.

They are there promptly, which shows that they're interested. They're there for the whole time and are attentive. They don't sit on their phone. They think about what else needs to be done. They make sure that I'm doing what I need to do. They are reliable. When they say that they'll be there, someone is there.
