The location was probably the best for Heritage Assisted Living & Memory Care. However, I didn't like the carpet in the rooms. With regards to activities, they have a calendar of events. They have bingo, arts and crafts, and movie nights, so those were just a few. The staff who assisted me was great. He does sales and marketing, and he was very nice and informative.

I went here. The facilities are all pretty similar, it's the people that are in that make the difference. I thought the folks at the Heritage place were really good. The people were just nice. All the facilities seemed clean and orderly. The rooms were pretty similar. I thought they were excellent. The staff was excellent.

My parents are here. The staff is incredible and helpful. They've all given me their numbers so I can just text someone whenever I have a question, and they also text me to check on things. The rooms are a lot larger than what I've seen at other places. The memory care rooms can get really small, but it has a room for a full-sized bed and a big recliner. They have a lot of things to do. The menu has a good variety too, but then they also have the standby things just in case they don't want variety. If they just want a sandwich then they can make and do that. The facility is very nice and very clean as well.

It was a very nice place. I spoke to some people and they are quite happy there. The place is clean, bright, and cheery. The person that gave me the tour was excellent. She was very informative, I learned everything I needed to know. I saw the dining area and I saw the residents doing some decorating for the holidays.
