Reviews of Southern Heritage Assisted Living

I am a friend or relative of a resident
We loved Southern Heritage. We could tell from the moment we walked in the door. I learned about it from an insider. I really liked the people that worked there. They're very caring and on top of things. It's just a good fit for my mom. I'm really happy with everything. It's not a real fancy place. I visited some that had all the bells and whistles, but this is affordable. It's not a place that charges you based on each individual thing you do. The flat rate covers everything, which was important to us. It's a very clean place -- it would bother me if it wasn't. It has a family-like atmosphere -- you walk in and everybody knows everybody; you know all the other relatives. It's a very nice place and we're very happy with it.
From Southern Heritage Assisted Living
The size of our facility is truly fundamental to our Tradition of Caring. Our size provides opportunities for socializing and developing friendships, yet is not so large that residents get lost in the crowd.
With a smaller number of residents, our staff has more personal time with each resident allowing them to know and appreciate each other better. Our size also provides the flexibility to accommodate special requests; such as a daughter baking cookies or planting flowers with her mother. We are hopeful that residents will continue to experience life's most treasured moments while living at Southern Heritage.
Southern Heritage Assisted provides its residents with care to get through each day. Our staff provide 24-hour assistance so that every one of our residents knows that they will be helped when they need help, no matter what time of day it is and even when they need help in the night. We are here to make sure that ever senior who becomes a part of our assisted living community is safe and has the help that they need each day.
What Makes Us Special
This assisted living community is located near great locations such as a 300 acre botanical garden and the Chattanooga Regional History Museum. Those visiting residents of this community will find that there is much to do for entertainment in the area.
