All the staff are very caring and well trained in Memory Care. Always helpful and kind. My mother-in-law’s room is perfect. Always kept clean and organized by the staff. The common area (living room/ recreational room/ dining room) is very clean, comfortable and safe. Staff always ready to assist. The activities are fun and appropriate. Lots of game playing and field trips. I feel very comforted knowing she is being so well taken care of.

We have our Dad in Heritage Hill Assisted Living and he really loves it here. Everyone is very helpful and treat you like family. Have very nice rooms. Our Dad looks forward to his meals everyday. Lol He says they have great food. They also have lots of activities for everyone to do. We are very happy with Heritage Hill and so is our Dad.

The rooms are very spacious with plenty of room for maneuvering wheelchairs. The staff is incredibly caring snd attentive to our Dad and our family. Dad gets his daily walks with a staff member which he looks forward to. There is Bingo several times a week, movie nights with popcorn. Lots of scheduled events that encourage family interaction with the residents such as Euchre nights, an Easter egg hunt for the kids etc. Dad raves about the food and the desserts are amazing too. We couldn’t be happier with the staff, care, facility and rooms provided by Heritage Hills.

We recently moved my 84 year old father from another facility to Heritage Hills and we are all extremely happy with every aspect of his care. Very caring and helpful staff. The food is outstanding and the facility is nice for Dad. It’s like he’s living in a really nice apartment building with 24 hour help. And it’s less expensive than his last facility. Very very happy with our choice to move him to Heritage Hills.

The whole team makes life stimulating and fun for the residents. The residents feel like they are part of a family which is wonderful since we don’t live close by. My parent is a resident at Heritage Hill Assisted Living in Caro, MI. He has been there for a couple months now. While searching for a place for dad, a clean place, caring and friendly staff, room size, meals, and activities were all on our priority list. Although the price is costly, we felt that our dad deserved a great place to spend the precious time he has yet of living. There are three different sized rooms, depending on a person’s needs/wants. All the staff at Heritage Hill are very caring and friendly to all their residents and families. They have worked with us and have been very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we have. We feel that our dad is experiencing a time of his life at his age participating in all the activities that Heritage Hill has to offer; corn hole, bowling, horseshoes, chair exercises, baking, Bingo, cards, Bible study, music, etc. The residents are also taken on outings to restaurants, shopping, bowling, etc. I would very highly recommend Heritage Hill for your loved one!

I am thrilled with the care my Grandpa receives at Heritage Hill. His room stays very clean and the staff is phenomenal. The activities are the very best. Cole and the staff do an absolutely amazing job coming up with activities for the residents. It is so nice to see smiles on their faces! My grandpa told me he did bowling last week. It makes me so happy to know he is doing more than just laying around. Thank-you Heritage Hill for taking such great care of your residents.

Heritage hill memory care facility is amazing. the staff there is so caring, that if you didn't know any better you would swear they were taking care of their own family member. they are always willing and ready to go above and beyond to help the residents. If you are looking for a safe place to put your loved one you should not look any further than heritage hill. From the first initial visit to the time we move my mom in we were treated like family. Everyone there works together to achieve the end goal which is to treat the residents with the utmost respect and courtesy and to make everyone comfortable and feel like they are loved. I could not find any place else that gave me peace of mind that my mom was going to be well taken care of and if you believe your parents or your loved ones deserve the best care, then this is the place for them. It is a hard choice to make to have to put your loved one in a facility, but with heritage Hill you can rest assure that you will have peace of mind because of the way the staff treats the residents. They always keep us informed. the rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. And are nicer than any high dollar apartment. the staff is always willing and ready to help with anything that the residents need. the meals are great. Prepared by an awesome chief and her staff. And in case you are wondering yes I have had the food there and that is why I say it's better then any 5 star restaurants. The whole team at heritage hill from the office to all the staff ( including House keeping and the maintenance dept.) Are all outstanding and willing and ready to help in anyway possible. I mean one of the staff members came in on her day off just to spend some time with my mom just to get to know her more. I mean who does that? The staff at heritage hill memory care facility that's who. Again I can not say enough about heritage hill. They are the best.

The staff was extremely helpful. They made a very trying time with my in my family’s life as easy as possible being able to get my mother into the facility from the hospital. My mom loves the food. Just wonderful! The place was very clean. They had a lot of activities for my mom and our family to join in on.

The staff at Heritage Hill understands the importance of a quality transition from full independence living to assisted living. Residents are allowed to feel they’re able to maintain their independence as much as possible. Phone requests are answered promptly with resolution. Additionally, Heritage Hill goes above and beyond with socialization and helping residents feel like it is their home.

The team is very loving and caring. They are in need of more expertise with dementia patients. I am often called when I feel the staff should be able to understand the issue at hand and be able to solve the problem. The activities provided are wonderful. The facility is clean and appealing.

I have observed their great problem solving skills with my mother who has advanced Alzheimer’s Disease and her unique issues. The facility is warm and cheerful. The food is great. The staff is wonderful! They are gentle, kind, patient and very respectful with the Memory Care residents. They seem to get as much pleasure as I do when observing an unexpected chuckle or smile from my loved one. Rooms are of significant size, clean, comfortable. Food is prepared well, with a good variety. Time is spent to prepare/provide activities (cookie decorating, walks, coloring, holiday decorating, music, beach-ball tosses). I am 100% confident that we made a great decision by choosing to place our loved one in the trust and care of Heritage Hill (Caro, MI).

My mom is currently living at Heritage Hill. The employees there are wonderful. They have so many activities that my mom participates in. She absolutely loves it there! She is more active here than she has been in years!

Clean and inviting. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and spacious. Large closets for lots of clothes and miscellaneous. Bathrooms are very clean and up-to-date. Memory care has activities for many stages of care. Even in late stage memory the activities are very inclusive. Dining staff are accommodating if the resident doesn’t like some foods. Even maintenance is great at fixing things, putting things on the walls. Helped us adjust the wheelchair so we wouldn’t have an $80 house call. Services like hair salon and getting nails painted are done right in the facility.

My father has lived at Heritage Hill for approximately two years now. He enjoys the activities, especially Bingo. He is still able to drive, so he has a vehicle and can still get out and see his friends. Until last November he was able to have his miniature poodle with him and she was everybody’s sweetheart until she passed away. Now he has rescued a beautiful long-haired calico cat named Gigi to give him purpose in his life. The food is acceptable, and my dad is able to write in items that he chooses to have for meals. The staff is kind and caring and my father enjoys living there.

Rooms are very nice and the staff is very helpful. They have a wide variety of activities including special events set up for the residents. They are very responsive to concerns and keep responsible family members up to date.

When moms care got too complicated for home, we searched for the best place for her to stay as independent as possible while receiving 24h/day care. She has made herself a home and the staff have bent over backwards to provide the care we all wanted to have mom receive. It is clean, friendly and Christ centered. The staff had a perfect record protecting everyone through the covid outbreak. We trust the staff with mom and her care when we cant be there now and in the future. What a blessing.

My mother needed to be placed in Assisted Living due to dementia/Alzheimer's. We found Heritage Hill at a very emotional & stressful time for our family. They helped with the decision making process without knowing if we would even place mom at their facility & once it was decided that Heritage would be the best choice for her they were extremely helpful in her transition. They have consistently gone above & beyond since the first day I contacted them. We couldn't be happier or more pleased with how mom is treated. Every staff member genuinely cares for each resident as if they were their own family members. Mom is thriving there. She has made friends & enjoys the wide variety of scheduled activities. We liked Heritage Hill in Caro, as well as the administrator and the employees that we talked with. We were very impressed with it. I didn't make an appointment, and there was some type of activity going on, so I wasn't able to get as thorough of a tour as I would've liked. It was very beautiful. It had a nice fresh clean smell. Everything looked really nice. I didn't see anything in regards to cleanliness that bothered me at all. It was bright and very homey. If things work out financially and my mother ends up there, it would be a place I would not mind visiting.
