Reviews of Home Instead Senior Care - Savannah, GA

Our experience with the Home Instead staff has been wonderful. My fathers care givers have been very caring and go out of their way to help he and my mother. They are great about talking to me or my sisters about what is going on with my fathers health. They seem really invested in doing the best for our family.

I am a past client of this provider
I phoned Home Instead on a Monday morning at 9am, I needed to have someone sit with my Dad at night only. There was a very nice Nurse Pam that came out before noon on the same day to visit with me. That night at 5pm someone was there to sit with my Dad. I was very impressed with the quick service. The CNA'a were the most professional and sweetest people ever. Unfortunately my Dad passed the next night. If ever I was in need of assistance such as this, I would use them again. Thank you to the Home Instead staff.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
Home Instead Senior Care got to me the fastest. I called at 9:00 in the evening, and they have someone answering the phone. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service. I used them for about two months for my sister. They started off being very accommodating, but after a while, they have certain requirements and then they wanted more hours. I couldn't pay that because I was a second party. If they have minimum hours, they need to state their requirements upfront. Now, they're dealing directly with my sister and she took over and assumed responsibility. She liked them and she has resumed their service.
