Forest Hill is full service and it's a buy-in. It's even at a higher end than the other ones. You can go in independently or assisted all the way to skilled nursing facility. I got to know the residents because having been in the military, some of the people were former military and they would invite me to events. I spent more time eating there and going there. It's very nice, but it's very expensive. It had a beautiful location, the Pacific Grove, with tremendous flexibility for options. It's more classical, both the architecture and the design. All places I visited were secure, but at Forest Hill, there was more security and more scrutiny to people walking through the front door. It's more elegant, and they had lots of events. They highlighted not only the residents but the former residents and they had people come from the Defense Language Institute. They have Christmas party and open houses where they give tours.
