From the first day we took our loved one to Silver Hills, it was the most devastating day of mine and my Sister's life's. we were so overwhelmed with emotions and when we walked through that door, there stood an Angel named Angela D. Angie had the biggest smile on her face and reassured us our Mother would be well cared for. It was not easy the first 2-3 weeks, but Angie stayed in constant contact with us and even sent pictures of our Mother which helped sooooo much! Our Mother loves Angie so much and when Angie was moved to house 2 we were very sad. We miss that sweet Angel so much, but we still visit her and the residents at house 2, they are all so much like family to us. We love all the Caregivers at Silver Hills and know that our Mother is in a great place. Great job you all do with so much love, caring and compassion!Provider Response
