They do a great job ensuring that the caregivers for my dad are the right fit. And they are receptive to any concerns we have or issues that come up. There is nothing cookie-cutter about what they do - they consider each client as an individual, and they are experts at making sure that both patient and caregiver are comfortable and happy in the situation. They also keep the family well informed of any changes or suggestions - regarding schedules or personnel on their side, or things the caregiver might notice or be concerned about regarding my dad. We could not ask for a better partner in my dad's care than the Cave Creek Home Instead. - Gretchen R.

Franchise owner Aaron S. has been terrific! Problem solver, supportive through challenges, quick to react! Our caregiver Shelli has been a positive and helpful influence! I like her concern for health safety, challenges that come up, and her gentle reminders. If there is anything I am ever concerned with, Aaron and Shelli immediately address and confirm it has been taken care of. This is the company to set your mind at ease when dementia sets in. I highly recommend them!!

We got Home Instead for my mother, and we've been using them for a couple of months. They come in four hours a day and three days a week. They come in and make sure my mom is safe, so my dad can go out. They help her get anything she needs, and do some general house cleaning. We have one person two days a week, and another person on the other day. I have no issues. They're accommodating and will work with you to get the right person in.

I was glad for a pre-interview with two caregivers so that we could evaluate and select the one that was the best fit for us. Our caregiver turned out to be a perfect fit for my husband. They get along well and he enjoys her help and her companionship while I am away from home.

Home Instead Senior Care is the way to go if you need support for a loved one suffering from Dementia. Their in-home, care giving service, provides the professional support we needed, This was more important that using a day care center. I am delighted with the care giver assigned to us and we think of her as a new family member, so trustworthy and loving. GMCK
