I am/was a resident of this facility

Laid for an hour and half in my own urine several times and once 3/4 after a bowel movement. Ended up with rashes from not being cleaned. Some CNA were very thorough other not. Food is cheap a lot of beans if you got meat it was always very dry. Mostly broccoli or zucchini even fed us hotdogs. Most of the time you had to asked to be bathed. I blame this too understaffing. CNA are overwhelmed with work too many patients for 1 CNA to handle sufficiently. Some one will come in ask what you need when you turn your call light on then turn it off nobody comes so you turn it on again same thing have had to turn it on as much as 3 times. CNA are nice but over worked. If you speak Spanish you can enjoy some activities if you don't stay in your room.

I am a friend or relative of resident

This is an average facility at it's best however, I never found it average and I visited my aunt regularly. The nursing staff is pleasant but not very engaged in patient care. My number one concern is the cleanliness of the entire facility. The unpleasant odor and non-circulation of air is palpable. Residents look bored and despondent from lack of stimulation and minimal activities. Residents that are unable to feed themselves are not helped in doing so. Very disappointed with the overall depressing climate of this facility.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

When I went to visit my grandma the facilities seemed very good. The staff that was there was very helpful and quickly provided assistance to me when I arrived and took me to where my grandma was staying. The staff seemed to take very good care of the people in the facility and I saw no problems with how they handled the patients care while I was there. I talked with my grandma and asked how they had been treating her and she said that everything was great and she had no complaints that the staff were very friendly and even chatted with her every day. The activities they provided were engaging and kept them active the food provided was good and the patients seemed to like it there. I left with an impression that she was getting very well taken care of and that she was not bored and had plenty of company while there.
