My mother in law was there for one week and we took her out. Three days later she was admitted back to the hospital where she had pneumonia, blood clots in both legs and was completely raw in her adult diaper area. Oh I could say even more especially about her nurses. This is an awful place, please reconsider putting your loved ones in Great Oaks !!

I am/was a resident of this facility
Due to a very serious incident where i iinquired severe frostbite injuries that required wound treatment and intense physical therapy. I was treated for five weeks in which time physical therapy worked with me with compassion and sincere concern for my recovery. The Cnas were very caring and helpful with all my needs. The majority of the nurses helped me through some very painful and trying days and nights and very attentive. The wound nurses helped heal me feet and legs which were in terriable condition. My deepest gratitude for all they did. John whitehorn. Byhalia, Ms.

I visited this facility
Some nurses are great and attentive. One shift was anything but attentive. We had to rush our loved one to the hospital because of I attention to oxygen levels. The facility is nice but more attention to patient detail is needed
