The intake person of the Community Hospice of Maryland, was great and told me, I would be notified of everything. After that, I am sorry to say, only one time, has anyone responded and, no one, has ever returned a call, despite, my calling, Community Hospice of Maryland, a number of times. I have been placed on hold when using their Hotline number for up to 20 minutes. I am not being made aware of my family member's condition and, have been totally kept out of the loop, of care, although I was assured by their intake person that, I would be. Even though, I have had a concern, I have not received a return call. I would not recommend this Hospice. I was told when Hospice came in, I would be informed, included in and, his care would be better. This has not my experience and, as the only surviving Kin, of the person, recieving their assistance, myself and, my cousins are very sad, confused and, disappointed, with the care, our relative is recieving, and we are receiving, as it relates, to us, as the family. I would not even give them one star however the site won't let you give zero.
