I've been thinking about your question, and reviewing my resources, and keep getting back to the same place: I'm not sure there's an easy way to get this information besides old-fashioned leg work. Most larger senior communities serving residents with varied health needs have pretty good support staff, including social workers. Smaller communities or communities that don't offer nursing or assisted care may not. Your question is a good one for anyone considering a senior community.
