Not once have they been late for a shift and the agency will work with you to meet your requests. The caregivers are compassionate and personable. You won't go wrong using this company, trust me.

Partially my moms fault. She wanted the door closed or cracked. She had a fall when the aid was there. She has dementia. Try to explain to them that a door needs to be open for safety. I'm sure she did the best, because my mom can be difficult. They did a good job. The agency, I credit them for getting my mom the geriatric care that she got. I never would have found it myself. They helped connect us to resources.

Preference Care was there when no one else could really accommodate my needs for my father of 85 yrs of age.My father has dementia,he is in the 2 to 3rd stage of this disease. I reached out to 4 other places that could not help my situation out do to how far away I lived or not enough care givers to cover my needs. I did not need long term care, just 2 weeks of care giving time.I and my wife take care of my father full time including myself working 3Rd shift on weekends to supplement some income.Richard and his staff was up to the challenge to make this work for me and my wife. Richard put together a wonderful group of care givers to help me out. Richard and his team went above and beyond to make this happen in a short times notice.The care givers were very friendly knowledgeable kind and loving to my father. They treated him as if it were there own dad. They were with him 24/7 around the clock. They communicated with him very well,they fed him well,his hygiene was taken care of well.Care givers got to know him so well that my father said he loved them all so much that when we came back,he said to me will they be coming back, I asured him yes in the future. He surely did enjoy talking to them they were very nice.I asked were there any problems, he said no we enjoyed our selves and I was taken care of very nicely. That was important to me, he loved the care givers service and companionship that he was treated like family.
