Jeff Salter began his career in senior care in 1991 working for a home health care agency. During this time he discovered a gap in the care of seniors and founded Caring Senior Service, which serves seniors that need additional non-medical care to remain at home.

Through his guidance Caring developed the GreatCareTM method that addresses the three leading areas of concern when choosing home care "“ quality caregivers, care solutions and active involvement. Jeff has been dedicated in making positive changes in the lives of others by providing trusted service and support as loved ones age.

His company is consistently expanding with more than 26 locations nationwide. Salter continues to be a recognized expert in the elder care industry and strives to place Caring as the leading care provider in every market it serves.
