Internationally recognized writer Myatt Murphy has written more than 1,000 articles in his career, specializing in areas such as lifestyle and exercise, nutrition, wellness, and healthcare for more than 50 national magazines, including Better Homes and Gardens, Cooking Light, Delta SKY, GQ, Health, Men's Fitness, Men's Journal, Muscle and Fitness, Prevention, Self, and Shape.

Murphy is also the author of five exercise and wellness books, which include Push, Pull, Swing, Men's Health's Gym Bible, The Ultimate Dumbbell Guide, The Body You Want in the Time You Have, and Testosterone Transformation.

Murphy has also written books for many of today's top fitness and diet specialists, serving as the coauthor for such books as Sleekify (by Michael Olajide, Jr.), Face It & Fix It (by Ken Seeley), The 5-Factor Diet (by Harley Pasternak), and G-Force (by Gunnar Peterson).
