Kathryn Fernandez Brown received her Master’s in Public Administration from the State University of New York in 1995 after spending two decades working in early childhood education management. Since then, her work has extended into early childhood training, consulting and reviewing many programs throughout the U.S. Beyond her professional projects, she volunteered for many years as a community mediator in various non-profit organizations.

She sees herself as a "wise woman emerging -- to pursue my passion with gusto and single-mindedness." Being retired is no longer seen as being put out to pasture, it is just the end of one phase of life. The last phase is a time to reinvent oneself, grow in consciousness, and speak your truth.
