Dayna tells the true stories and the valuable lessons learned from those experiences to business audiences across the country. She is a Rock Radio Hall of Famer and a successful entrepreneur.



Throughout her career, Dayna has garnered national accolades. Dayna’s books include Surviving Alzheimer’s with Friends, Facebook, and a Really Big Glass of Wine and Rock to the Top: What I Learned about Success from the World’s Greatest Rock Stars. She also created the popular 101 Ways to Rock Your World book series. Dayna is also a regular contributor to the Huffington Post with success tips and other articles. And, she is the Chief Caring Expert and spokesperson for Caring.com.



Dayna lives in Seabrook, Texas, with her husband, author and former NASA pilot Charles Justiz, and has three sons. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, invests in Broadway musicals, and occasionally attempts to convince people she can play golf. She drinks lots of wine.
