Affiliate Marketing Manager

Based in San Mateo, CA and part of Bankrate.com’s network of websites, Caring.com is the leading online destination for people struggling with the day-to-day realities of caring for aging parents, spouses or other loved ones. We provide much needed information, emotional support and access to local care resources.
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Affiliate Marketing professional to drive our growth in lead generation for senior care services. Working closely with the VP of Lead Acquisition, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for onboarding and developing strong relationships with new and existing lead generation partners. Every day you’ll be negotiating pricing, managing volume and monitoring quality to deliver an agreed upon number of monthly referrals for our clients.
Must Have Skills:
2+ years in affiliate/account management or online marketing position with an Internet-based company
Proven success in a affiliate/account management or an online marketing position with an Internet-based lead generation or e-commerce company
Strong affiliate/account management skills, including relationship-building and negotiating skills
Analytical horsepower and the ability to interpret campaign results
Exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize opportunities and a true sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A competitive spirit
BA/BS degree from a top university
