I am a light smoker and have noticed a black spot on my tongue. Is this cause for concern? I saw it once before months ago and it goes away in a few days. Are black spots on tongue common with smokers? Thanks

Best to have a local doctor evaluate the spot. It is hard to say what it is without a good view.
