My father is at Zebulon Park Health and Rehabilitation. I really like the place very much. It's on the level of assisted living. It's a beautiful place. It's very, very clean. The staff is wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints about that place at all. My father is in hospice care. They're very friendly and very caring. With regards to activities, they offered my father something like bingo, which they thought that maybe he could participate in, but he's not well enough. I saw activities when I passed their common areas where they're doing activities, and there seemed to be a lot of participants. The facility is absolutely beautiful. It's kind of expensive because he needs such a high level of care being under hospice, but it actually ended up being cheaper for us because when he was at assisted living he had to have sitters, and that was $500 a day cost for sitters, and that was really, really expensive. As far as nursing homes go, it's a little bit higher, but for us, I think it's a very good value.

I was a rehab patient following extreme anemia and very low energy. Physical therapy and occupational therapy were very helpful and I had a rapid recovery. Staff took a personal interest and were very kind and supportive. Breakfast was not very good but lunch and dinner were very good. If needed, I would go back there.

Medicare granted us two appeals. Mother developed bed sores and and pneumonia. Seeing how sick and unresponsive she was, we had to sign a form saying we had called for an ambulance after nurse said her lungs were clear! We moved her after her hospital stay. Beautiful facility, but what’s important is the care.

Zebulon Park Health and Rehabilitation is excellent and the nursing care seems to be very good. The staff has been very helpful. My friend's room is very nice. It has a bathroom, but no kitchenette as she has limited mobility. Maintenance and upkeep are excellent. They're relatively new. So, the facilities are very clean and very up to date.
