It's a shame because I really thought this was the answer for me because I really needed help. It was really disappointing. It was frustrating listening to the people that came here to help me out and them not being satisfied either because they were sending them out to places beyond their area. It's like they weren't listening to their employees.

If they are here, the impact is good. I have got two good caregivers. And there are two that are not good. They need to have a backup plan, so if one caregiver is sick, so they can have someone else available. If I am out of time and they don't send anyone here, she has to stay upstairs by herself, she can't get anything to drink or food. She would be stuck upstairs with nothing to eat or drink. They didn't even call to let me know. In some cases, we got one may two good caregivers, their schedule they never show up, and never call me. Rochelle needs to help when I am out of town. They didn't show up.

They could have had more qualified people as the first two we had been wonderful. There needed to consistently have the same caregiver is easier on the patient. Every time someone came out, we almost always had a different person. As a result, we had to tell them everything all over again.

The caregiver is able to do some of the housework that me and my mom are not able to do or that cause pain. I am able to go to my doctor appointments while she's there, so my mom is not by herself. That is a great relief on my part. I like that I get one person. It's not a different person every time ad I am getting a schedule established so it's a certain schedule. That's helpful because I can make my appointments accordingly. I will know when the worker is going to be there and I can make my appointments around that so it's helpful. The worker is just wonderful. She is great.
