This facility is very caring and the management staff at the time of of my visit was very professional and concerned about its patients, treating them like family , how we as human beings should all be treated because each and everyone of us will be old one day and pray that we receive the same treatment that we give to others

Crown Heights Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is conveniently located in Brooklyn, New York. Public transportation is nearby and easy to access, allowing residents to enjoy the multitude of entertainment, dining and shopping options in Brooklyn and the surrounding boroughs.
Crown Heights Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is one of the largest nursing home communities in Brooklyn. The primary services offered are short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Specializations include orthopedic rehab, methadone treatment, geriatric psychiatry, cardiac rehabilitation and the Salud Latina program, which provides bilingual social workers, nurses and physicians. Additional services available to residents include dental care, podiatry, speech pathology, occupational therapy and physical therapy. This community takes great pride in its robotics program, which assists patients recovering from surgeries, injuries or other medical events. The facility offers amputation care, wound care, diabetes management, pulmonary/respiratory care and care for several other serious health issues.
Amenities include world-class dining, a personal concierge and on-site activities that include games, gardening, movies, yoga and religious services. A newspaper is offered every morning with a choice of juice, tea or coffee. Turndown service is available every evening with a choice of snacks and beverages. All seniors receive a personalized tablet preloaded with preferred apps, streaming services, games and entertainment options.
