The tour I had was very thorough. The facility was spotless. Everybody seemed to be at ease and having a good time at dinner. I toured 2 of their apartments, and they were beautiful. One of them was furnished, so it could give you an idea of what it could be like. One of them had a small balcony that was very nice. So, my overall experience with touring it was great, along with the person who helped me through that tour. They had a library, a workout room, and a piano. I don't think anything was missing or lacking at that facility. You could also add on things like pill management or somebody to do your laundry if you can't make it. There were options to add on other services.

It is near the mall on the other side of town. We like that one a lot, and we've been there two or three times. The staff who helped us, she's going to keep her ears open and look for a two bedroom, two bath for us because that's what we want, and they're hard to come by there. The residents were a hoot, and the lady that helped us was wonderful. The receptionists were great. We met the supervisor, and he was wonderful. My husband would like to have a full kitchen, he doesn't want to have just a kitchenette, so that's an issue too, that we have to be watching for. We met this young lady pretty much close to the entrance at a table. We could see up ahead on the left, there were lots of people coming and going into this room, but we didn't see what they were doing. The staff gave us a copy of their monthly schedule and it blew me away. I couldn't even do three of those things. That staff is a wonderful person to do that job. It was fantastic. The residents are happy and friendly, and I think they get that from Kristen, the person that does this for a living. She's that way and it rubs off on anybody she's around, so that was a good situation there. They have two washers and dryers on both ends of each floor. The staff said that it had not seemed to be an issue. When one person lives there long enough, you kind of know, that they didn't experience any difficulties with that. I would love to give it a five, but because of the laundry situation and the fact that they have kitchenettes and that they didn't know if they would even get a 2-bedroom apartment on the main floor, it just sucks. I loved it there. The atmosphere was fantastic, and Kristen was wonderful. The patients were in their wheelchairs and walking around and were very friendly. I have to give it a three, but I liked it there. There were just those issues, and I think Kristen's going to keep looking for us. She didn't even ask us for money for a waiting list. We saw some nurses, and they were very friendly. The director was very friendly, and Kristen hits it out of the park. She's fantastic, and the reception girls were wonderful. They just had it all renovated, it's beautiful and very lovely. They've done a good job. It was apparent to me that everybody that worked there worked with each other very well. They would talk to each other, and everybody knew everybody by name, like the patients, that was cool.

It is very homey inside. My sister is there and they have a lot of activities for them. It's really pretty. It has a little walking sidewalk and it's in a convenient location. It's right next to Walgreens. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. They do card games, and movie nights and a violinist is playing for them, like a little concert. The apartments are set up nicely. They all have little outside balcony areas or patios. There are a lot of windows and so it's bright. It is great.

It seemed to be the most fitting for me. I saw a couple of apartments and I'm taking practically the smallest of them. I like the location. They have some entertainment, and they have some things for the people that live there. I had a very good feeling. I like the atmosphere and the location. It was the best. They have bingo, music, and book groups. I asked them if they had a ping-pong table because I'm a ping-pong person and they said they can have it because somebody else has requested it, too. They were open to my questions. It fits my needs the most, and I've read the comments that people have made (online). The apartment was very nice. It's plenty big for me. If you need some extra help, they can it arrange for you (if you like medications and something like that). The lady that showed me around was fantastic. She showed several sites and she said this place is not the newest, but it's in fantastic condition. They have a bus that can take you to doctors' appointments. I ate lunch with them. Everything seemed OK. It's a very good place.

We looked here and I just peeked through the window since we couldn't really look because of COVID. The tour was very good. Kristen was very nice and very informative. She was very welcoming, and she was amazing. From what I could tell, the layout looked nice. I think my mother would be happy in that location if she wanted to try and find a place.

It was excellent, and it was fairly new. When I arrived, they had entertainment going with a brass band, and I enjoyed that. It seemed to be a very active community. The staff member that showed me around was excellent. They have a library and an exercise room.

My folks moved into a clean, two-bathroom apartment here last March. The staff is very nice. The food is good. They have activities, but my folks don't participate. It's a bright community.

I liked that the independent living was in little cottages separate from the main building. They had arts and crafts, an exercise room, entertainment coming in for different programs, social times where they bring a band in, and a shuttle to take residents to the mall or to doctors' appointments.

We went through the entire area, including the single cottages, which were very nice. It was very nice, and I was impressed with almost everything. There was a lot of ground once you walk around it. The apartments were beautiful. I enjoyed the interview and everything.

It is very beautiful. I was treated by the staff very well during my visit. They showed me one of the rooms that had like a little balcony; it was just wonderful. I wasn’t able to eat there, but from what I could see and smell, I can tell that it was a quality meal that they were serving. They have activities. Definitely, the place is very nice.

It is a very nice place, it is newer, and they are wonderful people. I had nothing but good contact with them whenever I had to talk to them. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Everybody is just really happy. They do Bingo two nights a week, and transportation is readily available at all times, they've got games all the time; they are just as busy as they want to be. I don't have anything that I would change. They are very good, they keep looking in on them, and I don't have a bit of a problem with their security. I'd recommend it to anybody.

The staff seemed very caring and interested in everybody's wellbeing. The residents seemed very satisfied and happy. The rooms are very good. They were setup nicely and everybody did their own thing. I would say it was very nice. We had lunch there, and the food was great. The dining room was every nice, and everybody could choose where they wanted to sit.

I was looking online for a facility and I found here. My father is in there since last August. He loves being here and the experience has been outstanding. I love the service, I love the people, and I'm thrilled with where he is.
