Is there financial help for physical therapy after a stroke?

My uncle had a major stroke at the age of 60. He's now in a nursing home, his therapy has run out, and all there is for him to do is lay there. Is there any help out there to help him with therapy, or something besides lay around, in High Point, NC? He's still so young and needs to keep working his muscles, to keep his other side of his body strong. Help.
