I would like to share this with anyone looking for a home for a loved one. It's a difficult position to be in. My Mom was in assisted living and nursing homes for 4 yrs. The last 8 months at Mira Vista, where she got the best care. The staff was so caring and kind, even making cup cakes for her 95th birthday. I can't say enough good things. I wish we would had started there. But thank you Mira Vista for seeing us through till the end.

This facility was absolutely terrible. A nurse left her bandage scissors in my Grandmother’s room. Plus another nurse yelled at my family members for helping my grandmother. All I’ve seen are nurses looking at their phones. I will never recommend this facility again.

rooms and facility are nice but the staff is horrible. Came from the Hospital after back surgery and was in awful pain from Friday until Sunday. Friday morning at 5:00 after going to the nurses station, Nurse Mia stated they had no orders for pain medicine (Hydrocodin) Once I found this out Called my surgeon and got it straightened out. I had to do everything myself with no help from them. Nurse Mia was reluctant to give me Their Pharmacys phone umber or their doctors name and number. I told her I had patients rights. Finally, after three days I got my pain medicine. After contacting my Primary Care doctor and him coming to the facility, I left. After I told them I was leaving a wound nurse, a physical therapist and a nurse supervisor all came to my room. 30 minutes laterI was gone.

Do not go here! Staff is horrible and vindictive to their patients. My father went for rehab after back surgery. The pharmacy messed up his pain medication, leaving him without & in agony. They didn't care. They refused to come in his room. He had 4 used urinals and a wet bed/gown. He actually changed the sheet himself and laid naked with a blanket until someone finally came in multiple hours later. They treated him awful and were quite rude to the family. Don't subject your loved ones to this!

My mother-in-law was in Mira Vista Court. We just moved her out of it because it was terrible. The staff was the worst staff that you could ever have. She lived there for a while, and then COVID hit. We took her out, but it was a little bit too much for her sister to handle, and so we had to take her back in and it was even worse when we put her back in. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's a very nice facility, but the staff was horrible. The community looked really good. It's nice-looking on the outside because it's in a ritzy neighborhood, but they don't have the staff to go with it. Half the time, the buttons don't work. When they need help and they need to go to the restroom, I expect their buttons to work so the nurses can come, and half the time they don't. They have a front little sitting area to sit with guests. They have a physical therapy room, which is a joke because they don't get physical therapy at all. They have a little courtyard to go in, which is nice. The parking is good. The facility is beautiful because it's over there by the Mira Vista area, which is a million-dollar home area. It's just the staffing was horrible, especially on the weekends.

We're using Mira Vista Court right now as a nursing rehab. Once my mother gains a little strength back, we'll be placing her again to a memory care facility that's a little closer to my dad and my sister. She just got placed a day and a half ago. I don't think her therapy actually starts until Monday. They're very helpful, and they transported her today to get her second vaccine dose. The staff is fine. They don't come as quickly as we'd like them when she calls for a nurse, but I understand that's pretty much anywhere she's gonna go. It's not instant response from a nurse like, push the button, "Oh gosh what do you need?" Other than that, it's fine. The food is fair. She hasn't been there long enough for me to really give a very calculated review, and I don't want to mislead anyone.

I was in rehab for a couple of months at Mira Vista Court. I had a lovely room. The food was excellent. I worked with the physical therapy department and they were very professional. They were very good; they got me back on my feet. I had a private room. It was quite large, and it was very nice. I was there for two months. They gave me excellent care. They had some activities, but I didn't do them.
