Regency Retirement Village - Morristown was probably the largest facility of the ones that I have toured. They had several different levels of care as you needed more care, you would move to another wing of the facility. The staff was very engaging and knew residents by name. They had really good activities. They had an amazing activity director that had an amazing number of activities ranging from chair yoga to activities outside of the facility. They had a theater room that was set up with a popcorn machine, and it was just really nice.

My tour with Regency Retirement Village - Morristown was really nice, and I enjoyed it too. The outside was fine. It was good. When you come in, it's like coming into a gated community without the gate. It's a nice driveway up to the living facility. They have an outside walking pathway. I like the parking space. It was nice. The staff took their time, sat around, and talked with us. It was wonderful; it felt homey.

Everything at Regency Retirement Village - Morristown was excellent. They had 24-hour nursing assistance. They had a pretty nice setup, but the way they're set up is all about money. It's a struggle because I'm trying to work with Medicaid and Mom's insurance and trying to get her set up in a place like this. It's very expensive. They had activities, and the staff during the tour was excellent.

Regency Retirement Village - Morristown was very neat, very clean, the people were very nice, and it was very large. If you're looking for a smaller place it could be overwhelming. They provide a lot of entertainment and amenities for the residents. You're charged based on your level of care. They can do everything from full care, to just standing nearby the shower, to assistance. You can do in-room dining, or dining in the living room, but obviously now with COVID they're not doing it in the dining room. They had an activities director. The staff was very nice, very knowledgeable, and informative. It was a little pricey.

The staff in Regency was very nice and tried their best with my mom. She participated in some of the activities. They had exercise, music, painting, and different things during the day that she could do. The food was absolutely wonderful.

The staff of Regency Retirement Village was very nice. Everybody welcomed me and answered everything for me. The facilities were great. I especially liked the fact that if their conditions worsened, they do not have to go to another home. They had everything at Regency. They were eating when I got there; the food looked great and everybody seemed to enjoy it. I just talked to one lady when I was in the elevator and asked her if she liked it there, and she said she wished she had moved in a couple of years before she did. So she was very happy with it. I know they have a lot of activities and a great variety of food. They also have a coffee house open 24/7, so if they want coffee at night they can go in there and get it. They always have a lot of staff people to help them out whenever they go anywhere or do anything. They also have Bible studies and prayer meetings. It was just like a little city in there.

Regency Retirement Village was great, and the rooms were great and really nice. The dining area looked good and really nice. The staff was nice. It was wonderful, but the price was a little high. The location was convenient, and they looked like they had a lot of activities for them. I liked the overall building, and it was just a really nice establishment.

Regency Retirement had a secured area for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, and they do one day as well as several days’ respite care. They can play some games and cards, they do some exercises, they have television, and they can do puzzles. They serve 3 meals a day. They staff was very friendly; I was very happy with the way they treated me and the information that they gave me.

Regency was great. My problem with it was that it was like a big hotel. It was a big place with a lot to offer; however, they had a lot of stairs. They did have an elevator but it is three- to four-story high. They had a lot of activities going on all of the time.

My mother went to Regency Retirement Village, which is nearer my brother. The staff is very kind, helpful, and caring. The rooms are clean and well kept. The residents seem to like the food very much. They have arts and crafts, bingo, and singing presentations. I like most the sense of care, consideration, and friendliness of the staff. They just need updating and brightening of some of the older buildings and new paint.

We are currently at Regency Retirement Community Morristown, and we are fine here. We have a very active schedule of activities during the day. They have services on the property for church. We play cards or dominoes about six nights a week. They give some assistance in that they make sure that I get my eye drops.

My grandfather lived at Regency in assisted living and he absolutely loved it! The building is beautiful and the activities program was exactly what grand dad needed. When he lived at home alone he ate poorly and rarely got out. He said that everyone else had their spouse and that he felt out of place going to eat with couples. But, after moving to Regency and making new friends that were single his whole life changed. He played cards, bingo and went out to eat on Fridays. It was a blessing to our whole family.

I visited Regency and it was homey, but it wasn't modern. The facility looked tired and needs a little refurbishing. The staff was okay.
