The thing I liked the best about Skyline Suites Assisted Living is it's a very small community. They only have 12 units there, so there's very individualized attention. I'd give it a five-star on all the ratings as far as the building and the staff. The room was in excellent condition. What I saw was empty and it had been repainted and was ready for a guest. It was a large studio. They have an activities room. They provide a hairdresser included in the cost. They take the people to doctors' appointments locally. They provide laundry service and general cleaning and make the bed and stuff every day there.

Skyline Suites is located in the quaint city of Salem, Indiana. A stone's throw away from St. Vincent Salem Hospital, Skyline Suites offers seniors an easygoing country lifestyle with the security and convenience of living in a larger city.
As an assisted living community, Skyline Suites aims to provide affordable, high-quality services to seniors. Caring staff are on call to help residents with managing daily tasks and keeping their homes clean. Each resident is closely monitored with a wearable device as well as an in-room mounted call switch for emergency assistance. Both short- and long-term stays are allowed.
Skyline Suites provides three home-cooked meals per day, with personalized shopping available upon request at no extra charge. To support residents' wellness, staff plan individual and group activities. Exercise is done at the on-site fitness center, and social activities are held at the Salem Senior Center, for which all Skyline Suite residents receive a yearly membership.
