My friend moved into Aspired Living of Prospect Heights. So far, everything seems just fine. The attention and care my friend is receiving are well documented and appreciated. Everyone seems to be very cooperative, from the nursing staff to whatever individuals are involved as far as the administration is concerned. So far, so good, and I don't have any reason to complain at the present time. I found that whatever my friend needed and whatever I sought for her was conveniently located here. The facility is relatively new. I feel that the decision made was correct. Everything is clean and well-maintained.

We were residents of Aspired Living of Prospect Heights. Overall, we liked the food. The food was really good. They had a problem with not having enough staff. When we called for them to come and push my husband down to the elevator, which was a long way in the hallway, they didn't come. I ended up having to do it, and then I got dizzy. But other than that, we liked it very much. It was a little on the pricey side. The staff was very nice. We had a one-bedroom room because we knew we wouldn't stay very long. When we left there, my husband was able to go up and down the stairs with a cane. They had lots of activities to choose from. They had some kind of a music program every other Friday. They would feed us popcorn, and we could have a glass of wine or a beer. They had lots of choices on the menu, so that was nice. They had a workout room. They seemed to have everything but a swimming pool.

Aspired Living of Prospect Heights seemed very well-organized. From what I saw, the staff seemed good. We saw the two-bedrooms and the single bedrooms, and we saw the dining area. The dining area looked clean and nice, and the facility looked very clean and well-kept. They have a salon and they have a fitness room, sitting areas, and a place to watch movies set up. I've only dealt with the girl giving the tour who was very nice.

My father has been in Aspired Living of Prospect Heights. It's maybe not as much care as he actually needs unfortunately, but since he's still new there, we have to kind of check it out. They have quite a few activities, but he hasn't been able to do them yet. They have balloon twirling and stuff like that. What I liked the most was it's very close to my house, and they were able to do a two-person assist.

I visited Aspired Living of Prospect Heights. The pricing was higher than what I was initially told, so I was a little taken aback by the price. They were the most expensive for the least-square-footage room. I was looking at one-bedroom apartments there, and the pricing was higher. Even the care-level pricing that was added on top of the rooms price was higher than the other ones I looked at. Everything was lovely there, though. I also met the most staff there, and I have to say they were very friendly, and I could tell they'd been there a long time. The longevity of their staff was also key; there wasn't a lot of turnover, and I like that about the place. They actually have the best staff I met. My parents would have been on the first floor so it would have been easy for them to walk right out to the dining hall, and everything was located on the first floor.

My father-in-law is now at Aspired Living of Prospect Heights. It just works out well. They have a memory care center that my mother-in-law could go into and then assisted living for my father-in-law, so it's just a good fit for them. My father-in-law seems to be happy. We can't visit him but everything is going well. He really likes the food. It's been really good. I think my father-in-law is very happy with the staff.

I visited Aspired Living of Prospect Heights. It was fine, and a lovely experience. The staff was lovely, informative, and helpful. The rooms were fine, adequate, clean, and well laid out, however, it was a bit far away. It's welcoming, small, and it had a nice garden. They have a bus, and they try to have activities for the residents. The dining room looked like a restaurant.

My sister is registered in Grandbrier. It's brand new; it has just opened about 2 weeks ago. I think there are 69 units. It's a very nice attractive place. The staff members are all very nice. They're terrific. It's a very nice place! Like I say, it's brand new and very nice. I saw their menu, and everything looked pretty good.

We liked Grandbrier of Prospect Heights because it was close to our church and the food was good. The people were great, caring, and interested in you and what you need. We saw 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, and they were very nice.
