I like that the staff takes full care of my dad. I like that they have become very personable. They are easy to work with as far as scheduling. We have good staff report.

It's pretty good with those that are coming, they seem to know what they're doing. It seems to me that there's a problem with communication and staffing. If someone can't come, they can never seem to find someone else.
