Was a client of this company for a little under 8 months. It started off as an okay company. The aide providing care was excellent and did light housekeeping, ran errands ,among a few other things as well. All I had asked of the company was to give me a 2 weeks advance on when they would like to come out and do home visit it started out steady then it got to the point they would call 2-3 days before they wanted to schedule to came out and I can't say they it's only one person ( Mary Boschulte). I made multiply compromise for her needs and still was not granted the 2 week notice. On the week of Oct 21st,21 Mary was due to come out and she did a no call no show. Contacted her in regards to her coming out or not and was told 2 different stories of what transpired. So provided that once she had a clear availability on her calendar to give me a call. Mary let 4-5 days pass by and mailed me an unofficial letter addressed to the wrong person. Stating that she had to close the case due to my lack of rescheduling( which was false, I gave her the opportunity to call me and reschedule). 2 weeks goes by and she then declines to pay the aide that was caring for me. Made phone contacts for her to answer the call and hang up on me. the aide made several calls to the office to receive pay and the staff were given her the run arounds and misleading information. So Mary, not only left me with no care and service she left the aide that was caring for me without pay. Making her had worked for free. Overall, disappointed in the company especially with it being a black owned business.

Boschulte's Pride can provide the people that come when I needed them to come. They get me out of bed, get me in the shower, get me dressed, and get me in my wheelchair.
