I like Holiday Jackson Meadow a lot. It was what I was looking for for my mother. The facilities were very nice. The tour was nice. The lady who took me on the tour was very nice and very thorough. I didn't feel like she was pressuring me to do anything. She just showed me everything, which was nice. The place was very clean and very nice. It's actually what I feel my mother needs. The biggest thing was that it was homey. It was great. I would recommend it to other people, for sure.

I liked everything about Holiday Jackson Meadow. It was so nice and the people were so nice. It just was out of our price range, but they were great. When you walked in, it smelled like home because there was food cooking. You have your own bathroom, your own microwave, a little mini fridge, and then your room. It was super clean. The staff was very friendly. I think the lady that gave the tour was like the big boss and she took time to help us and gave us the whole tour.

I toured Holiday Jackson Meadow. The administrator showed me three different apartments. They were nice. Looked like it would work for me. They were clean and looked like they had been remodeled. It was nice, but way out of my budget. I just met the administrator and he was nice and cordial. They had activities like games, meetings, and church services. The meals were included. They had a chapel, a library, a little theater room, and a nice outside seating area at the back.

My mother was a resident for about 7 years. It is a great place for those who have began to need their meals prepared and a bit of housecleaning help. There have been several managers in the last 7 years and all have been helpful, friendly and patient. The current management team, LaDonna, Diana and Jason were wonderful these last few months as mother began to decline. I would recommend Jackson Meadow!

I toured Jackson Meadow with Sarah and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The apartments I looked at were very spacious with new carpet. There was a band playing in the lobby for the people living there which was great to see. I had lunch in the dining room and sat with some residents and the food was really good. There several menu options to choose from. i am not ready to make a move from my home yet but when i do i will call Sarah.

Don't put your loved ones here. The food is cheap and not healthy. The carpets are all dirty. We can't wait to get my grandfather out.

I toured the Jackson Meadow and they wanted mom to have the shots, so it's not going to happen. We would love to have gone there, but we won't be forced to take a shot. It was very nice. It suited our needs. The rooms were very suitable, and the closets were great. They were private. We were looking at studios, and they had kitchenettes. The dining area looked very nice. I didn't meet much of the staff. We just met the lady that was showing us around. It looked very well kept. There is a gym, a library, laundry rooms, and a beauty shop. The facility looked very good. They were still working on some of the rooms that we were looking at. I was gonna put two people in there, my mother and my mother-in-law, and simply because of that one thing, it will not happen.

My mom is moving into Jackson Meadow. It was clean. The room had just been repainted and reworked. There were a lot of activities for her. The only thing I didn't like about it is that there is no one there from 7:30 at night to 7:30 in the morning. But they have a thing that they wear wherein if they fall or need help or whatever, they can push that button and help will come. It's all independent. They did a good job. The lady who showed me around was very friendly and very informative. She took me around everything we needed to look at. She showed me two different studio apartments. She seemed to be very efficient in what she's doing. For a three-story building, it was nice. They have church services twice a week, and they have a scrabble tournament. They were talking about trying to get bridge. Some ladies were interested in bridge and my mom loves playing bridge. I think people come and sing for them. They have very simple stuff to keep them active.

My tour at Jackson Meadow was wonderful. The rooms were all clean. The staff was wonderful. My brother, who was with me, was very opposed to having to go and do that, he didn't think his mother was ready for that, but when he left, he was sold, that when it's time, he thinks that's the place he needs to be. They were in the midst of an exercise program that looked safe with social distancing. The lady was on the loudspeaker and they were doing an exercise class with weights. So they were all upstairs on the set on the first floor facing out in that circular atrium with masks, and I thought that was a great thing because they could see each other exercising, but yet it was the social distancing thing. I was impressed with that. There was no one eating in the cafeteria when we had the tour, but it was set up. I was very pleased with how the room was set up. I had my mother-in-law there several years ago, so I was somewhat familiar with the facility, and I think that they are doing exactly what they need to be doing at this time. The people were all happy. They greeted each other. There was a patient welcomer at the door that was there of her own choosing, and it was a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It was clean. It would be somewhere where I would live. I was very impressed that they still had high standards.

I thought Jackson Meadow did a really good job with the tour. They answered every question that we had plus some. They were very, very personable and listened to what our situation was and then tried to find the best place for my parents in that situation. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The person who assisted us was fantastic, she was really sweet, kind, and she was very knowledgeable of all the aspects of the living situation and just anything I could have asked for. It was very nice, everybody there was very nice, the place was very well kept, it's very clean and a fantastic facility. Their dining area is very nice, it's very inviting. They had all kinds of activities. They had things from painting to exercises, stuff for ladies, stuff for men, movie nights, and just a bunch of stuff. They have limited kitchen accommodations in each room and that I didn't like. I just think that they need to have a stove and oven in there. One other thing was they don't have anybody that comes around and gets your garbage. You have to carry it down the hallway and put it in the garbage can in the hall. That's kind of hard if you have someone who has a hard time walking and that kind of thing. So, those are the only two drawbacks of the whole place.

We toured Jackson Meadow, and the staff that we met there was very nice. The residents seemed very, very happy too. They interacted with the staff very well. We looked at two of their rooms, and I liked the setup of it. They were just kind of small, but they were nice. There is a room that we saw that was kind of situated on a wrap around porch. The outside area was also very nice. They had a beautiful little park in there. We saw the dining area, a couple of living quarters, a TV room, and I liked it very much. They had a big kitchen that the residents could use if they wanted to. It looked like it was very well set up.

My mother has been in Jackson Meadow for five years now, and it's an independent living community. She has her own apartment, and they furnish her meals and do light housekeeping. The reason why we chose and still are choosing to stay in Jackson Meadows is the cost. She spent two times in rehab, then went to an assisted living community, but Jackson Meadow is able to provide just about as much as she was getting from an assisted living for about a third of the cost. Her apartment is very small, but it's all she needs, and the facility is very nice. It went through a time since she's been there where the cleanliness lacked some, but they have new management now, and it's getting better. They didn't have any activities during the COVID shutdown, but that is increasing right now, and for somebody who really is independent, I think the activities are generally good. However, mother's eyesight will not let her play bingo, do painting, or take part in some of the things that they do.

Moved my mother in at the same time a new manager came in a year ago. She told me she had never worked with the elderly and the past year has proven it. The corporate management seems to be as apathetic to the needs of the elderly and their families as the general manager. Was told people come there to live not to die. Wish that was the truth. Very disappointed.

Jackson Meadow was very nice, but we had to pick another place because they had a bigger room for the money he had to pay. They had remodelled the room that we were looking at, but the carpet they had was thick and it would have been harder to roll the wheelchair. But the room itself was fine. They were eating lunch when we visited the place. The dining room was a large area where when you walk in through the front door, everything was right there. The dining area looked fine. The staff showed us the courtyard which was very pretty, and the staff we met there was fine.

My visit to Jackson Meadow was really good. The tour and building were wonderful. There were activities going on and I was shown a really nice courtyard. There was a walking path, a place for people to sit, a gazebo, and a gold fish pond, all of which were really nice. The dining room was really nice and bright, and there was a place to go where they can get food and they can go at any hour to get a snack, which is good. The staff was very friendly and the menu looked good. The place was older, but well-maintained, and very clean.

The care that I saw in Jackson Meadow was good, and the rooms were clean. They had activities like bingo and card games. The staff checked on the patients to make sure they're happy or ask how they are feeling.

My sister has been in Jackson Meadows for a little over a year now. It’s beautiful, and I don't have any problems with them. You can walk and get around and do stuff like that, but my sister had a stroke, so she’s bound in a wheelchair. It’s just a room, but we had it furnished with furniture and a TV. It’s a nice size, has a private bath, a refrigerator, and things like that. They have activities every day for the residents to participate in, like games and musicals. They have a bus that they can take them shopping, an exercise room, and beautiful surroundings that residents can take a walk around if they want to.

I visited Jackson Meadow. It had a beautiful dining room, and they actually had, like, a butler that would come to serve you your bread. I had eaten there, and the food was good. It was very nice. You could have a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment. I had been in the one-bedroom and the two-bedroom apartments. They were very nice, very clean and in good size, but like I said, I wanted a kitchen. They had a kitchen downstairs, where you could go down and cook if you wanted, but I do not want to cook downstairs. If you got an apartment there, it included a meal plan, and I do not need that, at least not now. They had lots of activities. They kept them very busy.

Jackson Meadow is nice and clean. The apartments were very nice. The director seemed to be very pleasant. Overall it's a good place to be for a senior. I met few of the residents while I was there and they all said good things about the community.

The Meadows looks like a five star hotel! Beautiful common areas. They have a variety of activities, if you want to participate, including bridge groups, bingo, piano music at some meals, video nights, and even dances. They have an in-house beauty salon and library. The grounds are well kept with walking paths. Housekeeping, meals and transportation is provided. The staff is friendly. The food is good, most of the time, and when it's not, they listen to the complains and are trying to remedy that problem. It's well worth a visit!
