We toured Brookdale Cleveland for my mother-in-law. Everyone seemed to be very accommodating and very nice, but their rooms were very small. It was just a room and a bathroom. They had round-the-clock nursing which would have been important to us. The staff did a good job of showing us around and explaining everything. They had a courtyard, a little outdoor space, and a raised garden. It was a nice place.

My family, along with my Mother, visited Brookdale in Cleveland. We were so impressed with the hospitality that we were shown during our initial visit. The Sales Manager and Executive Director were so accommodating. I was pressed for time to have my mother moved into an assisted living community and, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! We had an opportunity to eat lunch there at the facility and the food was delicious. The dining room was top notch! My mother's studio apartment had all new carpet and the walls had been repainted and bathroom floor replaced. Activities that they provide are inspiring to know that she is not just sitting in her apartment watching TV. The staff is very attentive and respectful to my mother. I can go to bed at night and go to work during the day knowing that she is being watched and cared for. I'm so blessed to have found this assisted community for her!!!!!!

Brookdale Cleveland wasn't anything great, but it was OK. The lady I met there was very nice. They weren't anything extraordinary. The bathroom was dirty. The rooms will do for elderly people.

I love Brookdale Cleveland. It's very clean. They have very friendly people. They're unusually friendly people. I didn't eat there, but the dining area is lovely. It's a pretty good size restaurant.

I visited my father, who was residing in Brookdale Cleveland. The staff there was very efficient. I even met the manager, who showed us around and explained their services to us. The place was clean and spacious. The rooms were adequate for all residents too. They had a lot of activities, like Christmas crafts, movie nights, choir groups, and bus rides. They also offered transportation to the residents' appointments with their doctors. So far, everything is great with Brookdale Cleveland.

I found a spot for my mom. She is at Brookdale Cleveland Park. They go above and beyond. My mom has her own apartment. It is two rooms: one living room and one bedroom. We had a TV brought in with cable, but she is never in the room long enough to watch it. They have so many activities. She has gone on a hay ride and seen a fashion show. My mom has an incontinence problem now, so she wears diapers, but they have kept up so well with her cleanliness. The facility is laid out in a triangle shape and have a courtyard inside the facility; even though it is a locked ward, my mom can actually go outside and still be within the confines of the facility. They give each resident a button to put around their necks. If they have a problem, they hit the button, and their location comes up on the screen. Staff will see who the patient that hit the button is and where they're located. Their dining setup is fabulous and so is the food. They eat at the same time every day. We just had a "Fall Family Festival" where my wife and I got to go in and eat a meal with my mom in the dining room. My mom raves about the food because she gets to eat so well there. My mom was just talking last night about one of the ladies there; her toenails were getting long, so one of the CNAs came in and clipped her toes for her. They're very good with attention to detail.

I visited Wellington Place which is also part of Brookdale, but he couldn't be in here because he needed to be in memory care. It is nice, so I liked it. It has been a while since I looked at it, and I looked over at another facility too. This is less expensive than that other facility, and I just really like the people here.

My parents are in Wellington Assisted Living, and it is very house like. They moved in around the end of October. The staff is wonderful, and it is a very nice facility. It is one-bedroom for both of my parents although my father passed last Saturday. But his stay was good. They have a dining room where they go and get their food. They have a beauty salon. They have an activities director, and they have a lot of things to do. It is a very good facility. It is very clean and nice.

I saw the rooms at Wellington, and I thought they were a little small. They had a lot of activities listed for the residents. I do not know how good the food is, but the dining area was nice.

We had almost decided to go to Wellington Place. That was probably going to be our choice. The staff was very nice. I was in a dilemma, and my husband couldn't walk that day, or something had happened. We had a walker, but I couldn't get to it. A staff member called, and I said I had to call somebody to come and do it for me, and she said she'd run over here and do that. She took the time and came over here and got that walker down for us. They were just super, super. The rooms were nice. My husband and I were talking about getting the double room. We felt like we needed a little bit more room than one room. I have been trying to think how it would work out to do one. The food was very nice. I like the idea that you sit at the same table all the time. They had tablecloths and cloth napkins, but we didn't eat there. Everything I've seen was positive.

We've toured Wellington Place. The environment was good. The only thing I didn't like is it's a pretty good walk from where the rooms are to the dining room area. It just seemed like it was a pretty good distance. I guess they had all their facilities near the front, and all the rooms are back further. If you were in the first room, it was still a long way. But if you were the last room in that hallway, that's a long walk. I think the staff was great. Not only the woman that showed us around, which is her job, but the people who work there. They were very cordial and attentive to the people there. I had no problems or no complaints about that. There's one room where they do puzzles. That's what my mother-in-law is interested in. She does crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles. And they had a nice room there laid out with tables and a whole bunch of puzzles. So that would be great. I think they have a sauna or whirlpool. That was nice. To me, it would be convenient because we don't live far from the facility. Overall, it was very good, except for that long walk. The rooms were very nice. We only looked at a 1-bedroom, but they were very nice and very roomy.

We were looking for a facility for my brother-in-law that is why we visited Wellington Place of Cleveland, but unfortunately he died last December. We were impressed with this facility and we liked it better compared to the other facility we looked at, but we were disappointed in the fact that they didn’t give us any pricing. The staff who accommodated us told us the prices, but she did not give us a price sheet. And we knew that there were some adjustments with the prices and she didn’t tell us that when we visited there, so I was quite disappointed with that the way it was handled. Other than that, we really like the facility and the lady was very nice to us. The rooms were very nice. The people were very friendly and the lady that showed us around, we were really impressed with her. Everything was great.

Wellington Place was very clean. All the staff was really friendly, helpful and supportive. Even the residents are friendly and welcoming. We've decided that this is the place that we're going to go with when my grandmother is ready. I really liked it there.
