My sister moved into HarborChase of Shaker Heights. The place is beautiful. The rooms are small, like all of them, but it's very clean. When you walk in the door of their restaurant, it's almost like a restaurant. So, you don't get a lot of the smell that you get at some of the other places. It smells like food and it's very clean. You sign in and sign out, so whoever is at the desk has always been friendly. They have a whole calendar of activities. They have trivia nights, music nights, a movie theater, and a gym, and they're always doing something. My sister said the food is very good. It's only been a couple of weeks, but she's very happy. Everything I hear from her is positive.

I'm in HarborChase of Shaker Heights, and I love it. It's new, it's beautiful, and they care, and there are a lot of incentives. They just opened two weeks ago. The staff are very caring and very attentive. And the food is the best I've ever had in any place. They have activities. They have a movie room, a poker room, and a very attentive dining room. In terms of location, it's near restaurants, a supermarket, and banks. It's very centrally located.
