The Ashford of Beavercreek was beautiful, brand new, very nice, and well done. The problem was the cost. The staff was very nice, and very helpful, answered all questions, and was outstanding. The facility was fantastic. It was in wonderful shape. It's very thoughtful. They have handrails in the hallways. It's well laid out. The only problem is they do not have a kitchen, just a microwave and a refrigerator. It's modern, very clean, very stark, and very minimalistic, but price-wise, they were $1500 more a month than the others that I had talked to.

The Ashford of Beavercreek had all apartments. No garages. It was a very clean facility. It just didn't meet what we wanted right now. They showed us the beauty salon and where they can do their nails and hair. Then they had a workout room. One thing that they were offering, because they were just opening, was that your prices would be the same and they would not raise it. Their pricing was locked if you were an early sign-in or one of the original clients. So, that was a real big advantage, because they were expensive. For what they are, they were wonderful. The person that gave the tour was just wonderful too. She was excellent. Everything was new. It was spotless and very nice because everything was included. Everything was under one package and it included the utilities.
